義式咖啡系列 Espresso Coffees
店內的咖啡是使用東京Passage Coffee烘焙的單一產區咖啡豆:極淺烘焙,萃取方式是取濃縮萃取液的前中段,每杯義式咖啡皆使用了兩份濃縮萃取液,如此一來風味會更甜酸順口而不苦澀,不容易被稀釋,口感會比較濃郁且保有其層次感。
